New Years Eve. I called Busy Bee. Probably around 8 or 9 pm. My older brother was not feeling well at all. We wanted to get him home. I was told we were looking at a 2 hr. Wait. So I said yes just to have it booked. She did ask for me to call is i found him something sooner. And I did. I called Central as soon as I hung up from her. They were there in 15 min. I totally forgot to call and cancel. She called with in that 2 hrs. Said the cab was in the driveway. I felt so bad and told her I forgot. She hung up on me. I called back told her to come back and I would give her 20.00. For the trouble. She said NO..And don't call back the rest of the night. WOW... So thank God Central came through for every person who needed a cab that night. Busy Bee. The most unreliable and so un un perfechinal. How dare you leave so many people in a situation like that. To deny them a ride home. Safe and sound. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Sorry for me to do my Review past 2 Months later using this Taxi Company Fleet. On September 1st to September 4th I was at Wasaga Beach ?? ?? around let's say 8 or 9pm that night I was calling Uber to drive us from Brampton to Etobicoke. We had a driver but the Uber driver was 2 minutes or so away then he asked me where do you want to be dropped off I told him the destinations and then he canceled. I kept calling Uber my Son helped me call Uber Mt Boyfriend helped as well we kept trying till 2am on Tuesday September 5th. Then we went to bed and tried at 5:40am that day nothing no Uber and I had to be at work for 8am that day Tuesday September 5th. I even called Wasaga Taxi told the Dispatcher my Destination and he was rude......... then he said why didn't I book a taxi about a week ago I told the Dispatcher a week ago I didn't need a taxi especially from Wasaga. Then the Wasaga Taxi was even more rude and told me that he only had 1 driver until 8am. Then he went on by saying that the only driver he has had to drive others to work as well they booked in advance this Dispatcher from Wasaga Taxi Fleet was beyond rude and not sympathetic at all that I was in a bind he didn't care. Then I called this amazing Company Busy Bee Taxi and he did tell me I had to wait half hr or so because the Dispatcher at Busy Bee had to call the Taxi driver to get us from Wasaga to my place in Etobicoke then he drove my Boyfriend to Brampton sorry I can't remember both Dispatchers name nor the Taxi driver on that day of Tuesday September 5th that Company saved and rescued our day that I thought we would've been left in Wasaga and I would've had to pay for am extra day or worse I would have been kicked out of the place we rented and be stranded in Wasaga with all our bags Luggages and the rest in tow until we found our way home that day. If it wasn't for Busy Bee Taxi Fleet and the magnificent driver I don't know how we would've gotten home that day. PS the Busy Bee Taxi Fleet sorry ?? ?? again so sorry for 2 Months plus before I posted this review it's just has been so hectic ?? ?? ?? as well 2 years ago I lost my Dad and have been going through Hell and still hardly nothing's solved again sorry for late reply better late than

Does not show up on time. Booked a taxi in advance and showed up nearly 30 minutes late leaving me late for work. If you need a taxi in the midland area I would strongly not recommend using their services if you need to be somewhere for a certain time. As a first time user of the service very disappointed. However the driver was very friendly.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a year now usually I don’t have problem specially some of the nicest drivers anyways but yesterday I called dispatch answer she said ok few minutes not few minutes I waited for 30 minutes so I called if they still picking me up she said yes your next in line driver arrived almost 40 minutes then I ask the driver if their busy he said it’s ok Not really I told him I waited for 30 minutes he said she lied to you you shouldn’t waited that long I was like seriously that dispatcher is nuts she doesn’t want business I’m paying with a good tips . Anyways today I called she said 15 minutes so I waited waited past 15 minutes no taxi yet so I waited another 5 minutes after 20 minutes no taxi then I called her and I told her it’s been 20 minutes taxi still not here she said it’s only 5 minutes late I can’t do anything if my driver is late really you know where are they seriously if you say 20 minutes or so that’s fine but don’t lie to a loyal customer she argue with me on the phone so I told her you know what forget it cancel it . I’m a very loyal customer every drivers they knew me already this is happen coz of unprofessional dispatcher I’m so disappointed. Some of the dispatchers are rude some very nice you should train more being professional not to lie to the customer very disappointed so pissed morning I wanna go home from 9 hours shift . I’m going to use other taxi service . Hopefully boss can read this and teach them how to be professional

Back two months ago I called for a taxi to go to the movies and ended up missing the movies with my son because the cab was too late for us to make it. After posting a negative review and emailing the company the owner Paul Wilson contacted me and after speaking to him I am glad to say that I am going to continue with Busy Bee and they offered me a free ride another day to go to the movies. Thank you Paul for the quick response and for the professionalism you extended to me. Teresa Mebus

First, I would like to say that I am a long time Midlandnite/Midlander, and that I have had the misfortune of utilizing all of the existing and past taxi services in Midland and surrounding area...I could go on about how bad all the other companies are but I will simply write about how good of a company Busy Bee is. Busy Bee has a fantastic staff, both on the road and in the office. They are on time and honest with their estimates of time given when there is a wait on a vehicle (be it busy or bad weather). The cars are clean, new and less harmful to the environment. The reason I am writing this review is because my faith in the company was tested when I lost my cell phone in the front seat, I was so discouraged and sure that in todays world it would have been gone and sold...but Robin, one of the drivers, returned this phone which gives me both faith in the drivers and the man who hired them. Thank you again, for A. so many pleasant trips with out incident of discomfort, and B. return my property to me. I will continue to dub Busy Bee as my taxi company of choice and if you are reading this and wonder what cab company you should call...well its a hands down answer with Busy Bee. Mathew Hodder
