We offer modern technology such as bore scopes, co2 readings, gas leak detection, thermal imaging upon request, and all of our home inspections will have a complete computerized report with photos of any areas of concern.

We have been in the building industry for over 20 years, and can now offer home inspections as we have completed an extensive 15 module course with Ashworth College and follow the standards of practice and code of ethics of ASHI and NACHI  We also offer off shore inspections by boat for island cottages.
