Safety by venturing onto your roads. Unless you were a main road, any side, secondary and arterial roads will not be serviced unless we have clear passage to your property. We will call you in the morning to check on your roads and driveways Thank you for your understanding
Dear clients, If we are coming to your home after December 1st, please know that we need your driveway fully cleared of snow so we can get to your home and if we have to work on your roof, we respectfully request you have access to the chimney and chimney area, clean and clear, so our team is safe. Or we may not be able to do your installation.
Please remember that now that the weather has turned. We will require clean and clear access to your home on your Scheduled service date. If we cannot get to your home, we cannot do your service and your will be charged a nominal trip fee If we have to mount your roof, it must be free and clear of ice and snow. Thank you
