inda and Jenna at The Mortgage Centre in Midland were nothing but FANTASTIC. While we made sure to shop around before deciding , it seemed that no one else could compare to the customer service, knowledge and options the Mortgage Centre provided. They were there for us from the start, answered all our questions and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted

Dealing with Linda was a pleasure. She was fast, efficient and professional. The whole process could not have been smoother. Linda got us a great rate, was able to have the old mortgage discharge fee wiaved and she was very responsive to phone calls and emails.

Linda Chaplin is a fantastic Mortgage Broker, she keeps me abreast of the interest rates on a regular basis, she answered all my phone calls and managed to save me money by having the bank waive the discharge fee when I remortgaged my house. She gave me a copy of the email as proof the discharge fee was waived, and when I checked to see if it was waived, the bank said they had no evidence of this. Linda got right on that for me and within a week I had my cheque. Thanks so much Linda, we will do business again! Christine B.

My wife and I found Linda to be excellent in her service to us. We believe that Lida is a top professional in her profession. We would not consider any other person or company for mortgage advice .

Linda helped us renew our mortgage a couple of years ago. She was an amazing help, especially explaining things to me. She helped us with great efficiency to set up a ten-year mortgage. She was able to get us the lowest rate and hold that rate until everything was finalized. Thanks again Linda.

Mike Waugh Linda is awesome, she has a can-do attitude, and has always treated me with fantastic service, I am glad to have found her as my mortgage broker. A friend of mine recommended The Mortgage Centre to me many years ago, when not 1 bank would give me a mortgage because I was self employed, the Mortgage Centre had me approved in 20 minutes. Had it not been for the Mortgage Centre, I would not have been able to buy that house, which, due to the increased value of that property, I made a substantial amount of money on that purchase.
