H.S. St. Amant & Sons (and daughter!) have provided our family with quick, prompt and professional service over the years. They maintain a small and friendly feel while being a large company able to manage small jobs and big jobs. As a company with a long history in our area they have proven over time that they meet customers needs.

I have had two experiences with this company, and neither of them were positive. I moved to my new home in Aug 2013 and made an appointment with this company at their store to visit and inspect my fireplaces. No-one showed at the appointed time. In June, I asked for a quote to covert my home from electric to gas. I took time off work and met with Marty St Amant. HIs response was negative and gave the impression that my home was not worth the effort. He promised to send a quote for the work a week later. After a month, there has been no follow up. Very disappointing. I have since had a positive response and quote from another company who will do the work.

Thank you to the crew at St. Amant. With the winter we had, we developed a frozen sewer line. Not a pleasant job. Marty was very good sending the crew down and assisting us with getting it cleared. Marty also came down! The techs that he sent down were professional and got the job done even in -22 degree weather. We made the big jump to go from electric radiant heat to a forced air gas system. H. S. St. Amant & Sons made this transition so easy. They took care of everything from completing the paperwork to get the gas from the road to our house; to meticulously installing ductwork throughout our four level side split home; to installing the furnace and extra BBQ gas line. We have hardwood floors throughout our home and the guys were so careful with the cutting and placement of the registers. Their employees were very polite and efficient.
