Students & Youth

The Rotary's programs for students and youth can change the lives of those who participate. Through these programs, young people can earn scholarships, travel on cultural exchanges, or help a community through a service project.

• YOUTH PROGRAMS:
  Thousands of people age 30 and younger participate in Rotary programs to learn skills that will help them become future leaders.
  
  Youth programs allow participants to discover more about themselves and the world by participating in community projects, leadership training, or cultural exchanges. Young people also learn about the principles of ethics, service, and fellowship that Rotarians exemplify.

  Rotary's educational programs promote international understanding by bringing together people from different countries and cultures.
  
  Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarships is the world’s largest privately funded scholarship program. While students in Rotary's peace programs learn conflict resolution skills.

• ALUMNI:
  Each year, thousands participate in Rotary’s educational and youth programs, all known for fostering international understanding and friendship. But the experience doesn’t have to end when the program is over.

  Participants chose Rotary because of its commitment to world understanding. As alumni, they have an extended network of people who share a common bond. They'll always be part of the family of Rotary.
