NSCFDC provides customized financing for viable business projects in the start-up, stabilization or expansion stage. Repayable loans up to $150,000 are available to new and existing businesses located in the North Simcoe region. Loans over $150,000 will be given consideration based on the number of jobs created or maintained and the collateral being offered for the loan.
