I want to express my thanks to Jay and his team Kate and Peter for the excellent service I received for an electrical issue with a circuit in the bathroom that had been poorly done prior by a handyman.
From the first initial contact to finish they were courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable.
It is so nice to see that there is still that high standard of professionalism, quality and reliability.
I highly recommend them and definitely will call them with any future electrical issues. Thank you so much!

Jay and his team members Kate and Jamie have helped us a few times now. Incredibly professional, friendly, helpful (including sorting out some poor work done by a prior electrical company) and very effective on completing more complex work. Highly recommend to anyone needing an electrician

Called Garraways re roof cable issue, arrived the very next day, completed the job, excellent work at a reasonable price.

After contacting Garraway Electric we had a quote, Hydro One contacted and date set for replacing fuse panel and installing two new electrical breakers all within one month. Cost at par or below other quotes. Very efficient and friendly staff. When speaking with Hydro One Crew on the day of installation they acknowledged Garraway’s workplace efficiency.

Ours was what would be considered a small job, however it made no difference. Garraway's was quick to respond, and able to fit into a busy work schedule. No hesitation to recommend Garraway's services.

We contacted Garraway’s for a quote for the installation of a Generac. Jay responded quickly and gave us a quote within a week. A couple of other companies didn’t even bother to call us back. I would highly recommend Jay and his team to anyone. They were efficient and very professional from the beginning of the process to the end. Great experience!

We have retained Jay & team for the installation of a new Generac generator. From the initial contact and meeting, everything was done on time and in a professional manner, especially since the work also involved coordination with other trades and third parties.
We will definitely use Garraway's Electrical Services for any other future projects.

From initial contact to work finished, just over 2 weeks - fast, especially given that a part had to be ordered. Kate arrived on time, and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. I'm impressed!

Wow talk about quick service. Our Generac Generator wouldn’t start so called Garraways in the afternoon and Jay was here the next morning at 10:15 am! Now that’s service beyond my expectations!

Garraway's connected some newly-ran circuits to my breaker panel. All of the phone calls I made to co-ordinate the work were returned in timely fashion and they showed up when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. Kate was friendly and completed the work neatly and efficiently. I will be contacting them again for some future work I have planned as well. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient and Ian was knowledgeable and had all the equipment to fix our light. Considering I contacted you at 9am and Ian appeared at 11:45 am, I can't imagine anyone matching your service and effectiveness. We will certainly recommend you to friends and neighbours. I closed on a cottage on Thunder Beach (Tiny Twp) and called Garraway to see if I could get some floodlights installed and extend a 220V outlet to charge my electric car. They were amazing. The owner came by himself to estimate the work and within 2 hours had 2 electricians on site to get the work done. The made quick work of a quirky install and discovered an electrical short that could have turned into a major problem/fire hazard. I would HIGHLY recommend Garraway's to anyone requiring electrical work--very efficient, neat and highly professional...and they're super friendly.

My wife and I recently purchased a fixer upper cottage in Tiny. We found Garraway electrical through Google, being new the area, we took a chance. Jay and his team are awesome! We've used their services 3 times and they've been incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. They take time to understand what you are looking to get done, provide a quote on site, explain the what and the why, and their turnaround time is insanely fast. Maybe it's our luck, but they've been able to have a technician come by same day, and address the issue same day. Not being local, it's great to find reliable, quality, trustworthy trades, with reasonable rates. Looking forward to working with this guys again!

I recently had Garraway's Electric Services install some pot lights and also install a hanging light. The employees they sent were fantastic and very professional. I would certainly recommend them for any electrical work. I am near retirement and my electrical know ledge is limited. They made excellent suggestions to me on the installation of the pot lights. I would certainly hire them in the future and recommend this company highly. Jim Barnsley

You can tell these guys know what they are doing beginning to end! They are honest, reliable, courteous and professional! We had several new lights and switches installed and I never felt unsure or nervous of their capability. Thank you so much for great service.

We were selling our rental property in September and the new buyer's home inspector revealed that there was knob and tube wiring throughout the house. Obviously for insurance purposes it had to be replaced with modern wiring - the closing date was three weeks away and Garraway's was the only electrical firm in town willing to juggle their schedules and fit us in for this very tedious and time consuming job. They completed the work with time to spare, our deal closed without a hitch and we would gladly recommend Garraways to anyone requiring electrical work. They are a family business who's customer service is second to none. We were very impressed with their down-to-earth but professional service.

Garraway's came in to install an OTR Microwave, Dishwasher, and an outlet in the garage! The service and work were great and very accommodating and fast! Thanks for the great work guys! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Had a visit from Garraway's after I hit a 3 wire while installing a new sub floor. The guys were quick to arrive, wore protective coverings on their boots to protect my floors and fixed the problem quickly. The biggest bonus was that the workers had really long arms and were able to reach way up inside my walls to access the wires, eliminating any damage to my hallway drywall. Thanks again guys!!
