Bill is a Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law and was certified as such by the Law Society of Upper Canada 2011. He also practises law in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial law, corporate reorganizations, along with his wills and estates practice, and advises on estate planning.
Bill has practised in Midland since 1982. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association Ontario, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Simcoe County Law Association, and the Huronia Estate Planning Council. He is an active participant in numerous community-related projects, especially those that allow him to keep his hand in his past career as a professional musician.

Meet the FDT Law Team - Jennifer Goldsmith, BA, JD
Recently nominated as Best Lawyer AND Best Real Estate Lawyer, Jennifer joined the FDT Law team in 2017 as an articling student, working her way up to an associate following her Call to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Jennifer's work consists of real estate transactions and estates work, while still maintaining an interest in various aspects of litigation including real estate litigation, estates litigation and personal injury litigation.
Jennifer is a proud member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, the Barrie Real Estate Lawyers' Association, and the Simcoe County Law Association. Jennifer is an avid football fan who loves to get involved and give back to her community.
