I can't say enough good things about 10fold Farm. Melissa and Nathan are just amazing! The veggies are beyond delicious. And their eggs are the best tasting eggs I have ever had! The CSA program is totally worth every penny you pay! Between the great food and wonderful knowledge you just can't go wrong! I highly recommend it! Thank you Melissa and Nathan!

Colin and I attended 10fold Farm's shiitake mushroom seminar last weekend. What a great time we had learning how to grow mushrooms in our own backyard. Thanks for hosting this wonderful event. Can't wait for next year's mushroom crop!

Melissa and Nathan served us a wonderful home-grown dinner last weekend made with the vegetables from their garden. It was fresh and packed full of flavor! There was crisp salad, crunchy green beans, roasted mushrooms & spicy sweet potatoes. You haven't tried sweet potatoes until you've tried one of Nathan's homegrown sweet potatoes. The little gems are rich, mouthwatering and truly unique in flavor!

Thank you for such a nice 'shout-out' Tara:) The farmer and I are very happy you enjoyed your dinner. Just to clarify - the green beans and mushrooms were purchased from our local grocer (unfortunately, neither of those items are in season at our place right now). However, the late-autumn crop of snow peas should be ready in a few more weeks (along with salad greens) and our Shiitake logs will be ready for first harvest in early spring 2011 (fingers crossed). Of course, green beans are always plentiful in the summer garden. Those sweet potatoes you loved? OURS! ALL OURS! Freshly dug up from the greenhouse garden just last week - they are amazing, aren't they? If you are interested in reading about that experience, visit our blog at: www.10foldfarms.com We are looking forward to providing you with many fresh and tasty veggies in the coming growing season. Please add yourself to our subscriber list, so we can get your input on what items you are looking for - we'll grow them for you! Have a great day, Melissa

Eggs from 10fold Farms are wonderful! Love the tender greens, funny looking (but delicious!) round cucumbers, winter squash, 'specially the sweet potato squash was my favorite! Thank you also for asking me what my preferences are for next years growing season. I had a great time helping with the garlic planting and look forward to doing it again next year! Thanks again!!!

Thanks for your kind words Christine, It's been great to see you get so involved with local food and with what we are doing here at the farm. Glad you loved the "...funny looking round cucumbers....". They were a hit with all our customers and we will definitely be growing them in 2011 (it's a nice way to jazz up your standard summer recipes). Thanks also for your input into the coming season's grow list. The farmer and I can't wait until the snow has come and gone. Your comments are always appreciated. Thank you, Melissa
