ATTENTION ALL LOCAL FITNESS LOVERS!!!
At The Garage we like to live by the saying WORK HARD and BE NICE TO PEOPLE. Our community is supportive, fun, and loves a challenge. The Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre is close to many of us and we all want to ensure that local families are supported as they fight this relentless disease.
We are doing it a little different this time. This is not your ordinary fitness throw down. This is something more than that. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Join The Garage CTC and help us raise awareness for breast cancer and local cancer support by swinging your kettle bell 5000 times.

Don't have your own kettlebell?
Need not worry!!! Mode Rx has kindly sponsored this event and is going to give each team 1 ModeRx TrainPink Kettlebell to use in the competition and take home with them after.
(There will also be kettle bells available at The Garage to use if there are different weight preferences in the group, in other words...for all levels of experience/fitness/strength :) )
Lunch you say?
Yes, a BBQ will be provided to all kettle bell participants. You will definitely work up the appetite.
